Performance

Derbyshire Probation Trust ended 2010/11 achieving green band level 3 in the Probation Trust Rating System (PTRS); an excellent result in a difficult year. In 2011/12, performance continues to be strong and the Trust continues to exceed most of its targets despite the further strictures of budget and staffing levels.

Performance targets cover three key areas: Public Protection, Reducing Re-offending anf Sentence Delivery. In turn, these are broken down into areas such as,

Offenders in Employment at end of Order
Orders or Licences successfully completed
Enforcement and offender compliance with their court-given requirements
Reduced likelihood of re-offending
Risk of Harm management

The reports listed below are produced to monitor the performance in relation to its contract with the National Offender Management Service and are presented to our senior management team, Board and NOMS.
